陳鑑忠博士為本地認可名冊教育心理學家,曾於主流學校、特殊學校、學前兒童復康服務、以及成人精神復康服務工作。同時,陳博士亦獲香港中文大學賽馬會公共衞生及基層醫療學院委任為客席助理教授。除了評估、心理介入等一般的教育心理服務以外,陳博士亦對親職管教有深入的研究。其有關香港家⻑教育的研究獲澳洲昆士蘭大學親職及家庭支援中心頒授優秀研究獎,同時亦為香港首位獲該大學認可的 3P 親子「正」策課程專業培訓導師。
作為富經驗的靜觀導師,陳博士獲牛津靜觀中心頒授靜觀導師能力認證,為該中心認可靜觀督導、及靜觀認知治療的專業培訓導師。陳博士亦獲邀加入香港中文大學敬霆靜觀研究與培訓中心研究與培訓團隊,同時亦為香港首位 MYmind 課程專業培訓導師 [荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學為 ADHD 與自閉症兒童設計的靜觀課程]。
基於對教育心理、管教及靜觀的豐富經驗,陳博士曾為本地大學編寫有關特殊需要教育的課程,亦曾研發或翻譯逾15個與身心健康、靜觀或親職有關的訓練課程,大部份經本地大學學者研究並取得研究實證。當中與協康會團隊合作設計的「教得其樂家長管教技巧課程」更曾於首爾舉辦的「和富亞洲傑出家庭工作計劃大獎」中奪得金獎。
陳博士亦為認可的心理急救專業培訓導師,曾擔任亞洲創傷心理研究學會委員會成員;以及香港紅十字會危急事故心理支援服務專家義工,為經歷創傷事故人士提供心理支援。

Dr. Stanley Chan, an Educational Psychologist on the Accredited Register, serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the CUHK JC School of Public Health and Primary Care. With a passion for unlocking human potential, Dr. Chan is experienced in psychological assessment, intervention, and conducting research in parenting education. His work earned him the prestigious Triple P Early Career Research Award from the University of Queensland’s Parenting and Family Support Centre. As the first locally accredited trainer for Triple P Provider Training Courses, he empowers professionals to foster stronger families.
As a recognized mindfulness expert, Dr. Chan holds a Certificate of Competence from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF) and is listed as a mindfulness supervisor. He is involved in the CUHK Thomas Jing Centre for Mindfulness Research and Training, leading innovative studies and training programs. As a trainer for the Professional Certificate in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, co-organized by CUHK and OMF, as well as the first local trainer of the MYmind program, Dr. Chan empowers professionals to cultivate individuals’ well-being through mindfulness.
Dr. Chan has developed and translated over 15 evidence-based training programs on well-being, mindfulness, and parenting, most of which are empirically researched by scholars from local universities. His “Happy Parenting Program,” co-created with Heep Hong Society, received the gold medal at the Wofoo Asian Award for Advancing Family Well-Being in Seoul, a testament to its transformative impact.
As an accredited Trainer of Psychological First Aid, he equips communities with vital skills to support those in crisis. His past roles include Scientific Officer for the Asian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies and Professional Volunteer with the Hong Kong Red Cross Psychological Support Service, where he provided psychological support to trauma survivors.
